The Chameleon Asado Experience is the Costa Rican version of an old-fashioned, slow-cooked barbeque. Using only the freshest cuts of meats and local spices, Chef prepares the Asado over an open, wood-burning fire and creates out-of-this-world meals for our guests to enjoy at our community table.
