Specific Objectives
- Main guide for bartenders and bartenders, will have a constant presence in the floor area, supervising and ensuring that the service orientation of bartenders and bartenders is efficient
- Attending and taking orders from guests
- Supporting as cashier if necessary
- Host in the restaurant and assistance to customers in order taking
- In charge of the plant every day according to occupation
- Assist and collaborate with guest requests
- Perform other assigned functions, according to their position
- Train staff in good service
- Intermediary and requests from the classroom team
- Make the floor team schedules
Necessary Requirements
- Food handling license
- Microsystem knowledge
- Knowledge of the Opera System
- Verifiable experience in the minimum position of two years.
- Verifiable experience in managing work teams.
- Knowledge in Office package.
