- Excellent spatial interpretation of plans.
- Must have the physical ability to stand, sit, climb ladders, walk for extended periods of time (+4 h) during inspections in hot temperature climates.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic: Degree in architecture
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
- Language: Advance English and Spanish
- Technology: AutoCAD (intermediate), Sketchup (intermediate), Office (intermediate), Photoshop (basic), Illustrator (preferable), Revit (preferable).
