JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Residential and Commercial Brokerage teams in ideating the right strategies to identify, attract and convert the right clients that are aligned with the Target Market and the Core Value & Beliefs of Las Catalinas.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both sales and marketing, and will be a mix between creative and analytical. In this role, you will be coordinating the execution of residential sales campaigns, maintaining and enhancing digital channels and coordinating the creation of assets to attract, engage, and delight customers successfully with the goal to ultimately create champions of Town.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that you are always a positive representation of the company; embrace and respect diversity and multicultural environments
- Execute multiple marketing strategies and explore new channels to attract potential customers
- Market new developer projects from beginning to end
- Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials
- Conceptualize, oversee, and track success of timely advertising campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance results
- Improve Residential / Commercial Brokerage online presence in search results
- Carefully manage and enhance the Residential / Commercial Brokerage customer experience
- Plan nurturing initiatives for the different categories of leads
- Help plan and organize Residential/Commercial Brokerage events like open houses
- Perform other tasks as necessary or required
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while upholding the Core Values & Beliefs
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Must have the physical ability to stand, sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time and perform site inspections throughout town
- Excellent written, oral and visual communication skills in both English and Spanish (maybe even a third language!)

- Instructing – clearly conveys information in an instructive manor
- Gather and accurately assess information related to the organization’s communications channels and power relationships

- Knowledge of marketing platforms like Hubspot CRM
- Interest in marketing, advertising, PR or relevant field study
- Experience in working with or across multiple marketing channels and managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Solutions-oriented, proactive person who thinks analytically and is able to move with speed to implement ideas.
- Organizational skills
