JOB SUMARY
As part of the residential team, supports the activities of the village association ensuring that the expected services are provided. You will need to interact with all levels of staff and internal departments in a professional and respectful manner. Will directly represent the owners as a partial, reasonable and honest figure, defending the fundamental values of Las Catalinas in every situation. You will report directly to the Owner Services Director
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● Understand the structure of Las Catalinas and work with all departments of the company.
● Understand the HOA budget and services offered to homeowners.
● Differentiate residential and commercial facilities and services provided.
● Manage and implement an association filing system for important records.
● Transcribe minutes during meetings.
● Prepare approval requests when necessary.
● Help with the coordination of events and activities around the quarterly meetings and the annual general meeting.
● Supervise the common areas of the town, the services that are offered and point out the necessary areas for improvement.
● Help coordinate the budgeting of the common areas.
● Monitoring of common area projects.
● Respond to emails and communicate with owners. It is part of the scaling process of the Residential team.
● Help prepare outgoing mail and communication correspondence for HOA.
● Assist with social media accounts and homeowner portals.
● Data entry and integrity.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
● Academic: University degree in business administration
● Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a fast paced customer service oriented environment. *Legal assistant knowledge preferred but not required to support the attorneys work related to the HOA.
● Language: Fluency in English/Spanish, both oral and written.
