JOB SUMMARY
In charge of providing an unforgettable experience at the time of arrival and departure of our clients. Making sure to assist our clients with baggage handling, shopping deliveries and valet services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, transfer and accommodate the corresponding luggage of clients in the houses at check-in and check-out
Assist the Hospitality Department in guest transfers.
They deliver the purchases that the Hospitality Department assigns to the renters
Label all guest luggage
Follow up and remove orders that have previously been requested for the Hospitality Department
Work together and actively with the Hospitality Department in the execution of scheduled activities for owners, guests and visitors of Las Catalinas
Ensure the cleaning of golf carts and vehicles in charge of the Guest Services Department, as well as verify and ensure that they are kept charged, clean and with fuel.
Keep the warehouse and podiums in order
Control traffic flow and order of Central and Danta Bay
Perform valet parking duties
Cover the Central and/or Danta podium according to the need of the operation
Support teams of intersection and parking officers as required.
Any other work when assigned by management

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Education: Ninth year completed / Driver License
Experience: 1 year in similar positions
Technological tools: Microsoft 365 is desirable
Language: Intermediate English
